Holding an NC Real Estate Broker Licensure and recognized as a multiple-year RPM Franchise Top Producer (Owner/Operator), she is dedicated to achieving exceptional results while valuing the human connection in every interaction. Outside of Sandee’s professional endeavors, she enjoys spending quality time with family and exploring the bike, hike, and run trails around the Triangle.

John Cooper, Co-Owner

With over 25 years in corporate finance and operations across diverse industries, John Cooper brings a wealth of strategic and financial acumen to the real estate sector. As an accomplished entrepreneur who has built and grown several successful businesses, John keenly focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences for investors and tenants. Holding an MBA, an NC Real Estate Broker Licensure, and recognized as a multiple-year RPM Franchise Top Producer (Owner/Operator), John is driven to create positive outcomes. Outside of his professional life, John enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the natural beauty of North Carolina through hiking the Eno River and kayaking the Haw River.
